Add Years to Your Life, Life to Your Years

Welcome to my web page, I have been a massage therapist since 1982.  I have my certification from The Community Holistic Health Center in Carrboro, North Carolina and I am licensed in North Carolina (license #1325).  I offer in-home service to clients in Blowing Rock, Boone, Banner Elk and surrounding areas.  And now, clients can come to The Bear's Den, our own island of tranquility in Beaver Dam, in western North Carolina. I enjoy my work as it comes from my heart.

The Benefits of Therapeutic Massage

Physiological
•Rejuvination
•Alleviates Fatigue
•Promotes Muscle Tone
•Maintains Elasticity
•Relieves Sciatica
•Stimulates
•Reduces Adipose Tissue
•Treats Edema
•Treats Respiratory Attacks
•Treats Pain

Psychological
Massage aims to relieve all of the senses andtoprovide a conducive time and space for:

•Meditation Time
•Mental Imagery
•Healing

Clients can now come out to The Bear’s Den in the Bethel Community, where they are invited to come and walk the area and enjoy fresh garden herbs and salad fixins before or after their massage. Come and enjoy the labyrinth.

Stones are chosen according to their shape, color and vibration. I utilize both hot and cold stones, varying your exposure to hot and cold stones. Different sizes of stones will vary in the length of time that they radiate their temperatures. This therapy is excellent for reducing muscle tension.
