Wellness Center
Our spacious 6,000 sq. ft. Wellness Center features the latest in treadmills, ellipticals and lifecycles for cardiac health and overall fitness, as well as the newest resistance equipment and free weights. Membership includes a FREE, individualized, orientation with a Wellness Coach to help you select what exercise routine works best for you.

Indoor Aquatic Center
Our beautiful Indoor Aquatic Center offers zero-depth entry with a family adventure center housing interactive components, providing countless hours of fun! The Aquatic Center provides group and individual swim lessons, arthritis water aerobics, water fitness classes and lap swim.

Indoor Walking Track
The special surface of the Indoor Walking Track, located in the Wellness Center, is anti-slip and impact absorbent to help prevent injuries. Enjoy walking all year long in a temperature controlled environment.

Group Exercise Studio
Feed off of the energy of a group fitness class! From Pilates to BODYPUMP, the Williams YMCA has a class to interest everyone. Our instructors keep you moving with the latest exercise techniques and motivating music. Come alone or bring a few friends—you’ll be sweating before you know it!

Indoor Spin Cycle Center
The Spin Center provides a unique way to cycle to health while getting a fantastic cardio workout on a specially designed stationary bicycle.

Arcade Interactive Fitness Zone (ages 6 and up)
Here at the Y, we know what kids like. Our Arcade offers a virtual reality gaming experience that keeps them active. For ages 6 and up, our video games require participants to use their body to engage in what’s happening on the screen. Not only does it get them moving, but they’ll be absorbed in a healthy activity for hours!

Child Development Center
Our staff provides nurturing and interactive care for children 6 weeks to 6 years in a safe and fun environment. The kids will enjoy playing in the KidZone while you take time for yourself and it’s absolutely FREE to members.

Locker Rooms
Our YMCA provides locker rooms for men and women and individual family locker rooms for those with children or special needs. Simply request a locker key at the membership services desk.
