Government Offices

Scott County has a County Administrator and a seven-member Board of Supervisors.
The county has a comprehensive plan and a subdivision ordinance.

Gate City is the county seat. Other incorporated towns in the county are Clinchport, Duffield,
Dungannon, Nickelsville, and Weber City.

The Crossroads Medical Mission is a mobile clinic providing free primary medical services
to people in southwest Virginia and northeast Tennessee who have difficulty accessing medical care.
Our staff consists of two board certified family physicians and a medical assistant.
We are supported by many volunteers.
